SENTRIDIRECT

The security framework and

policy

Every effective security-management system requires a defined direction. SentriDirect establishes the estate's security objectives, governance principles, responsibilities and policy framework.

It provides the foundation against which requirements, operational standards and management decisions can be developed and evaluated.

SENTRIPERFORM

Security requirements

& KPIs

Security objectives must be translated into requirements that can be communicated, implemented and measured.

SentriPerform establishes the estate's security requirements and the performance measures used to evaluate whether its arrangements are meeting those requirements.

It connects what the estate expects with the evidence needed to assess performance.

SENTRIOPERATE

Standard operating

procedures

Requirements need to be translated into practical operating standards.

SentriOperate provides the structure for documenting procedures, defining responsibilities and establishing consistent approaches to security activities. The resulting procedures are tailored to the estate's circumstances and operational requirements.

SENTRICONTROL

Service-level agreements and provider performance

Appointing a security contractor does not, by itself, establish how the estate's requirements will be translated into, and evaluated against, the contracted service.

SentriControl connects the estate's requirements to the service provider's agreed obligations and provides a structured basis for monitoring and evaluating delivery against those obligations.

The estate retains responsibility for its contractual decisions and oversight. SentriFrame provides the management structure through which these responsibilities can be exercised more systematically.

SENTRIASSURE

Monitoring, review and security-management audits

Security arrangements must be evaluated over time. Requirements may change, performance may deteriorate, and risks or operational circumstances may evolve.

SentriAssure provides the basis for reviewing the continued suitability of the framework, evaluating compliance and performance, identifying deficiencies and determining appropriate corrective action.

Periodic security-management audits conducted by Liebenberg & Associates can form part of the estate's ongoing assurance arrangements.

The modules are designed to work together

The value of SentriFrame lies not simply in the individual modules, but in the relationships between them.

Governance establishes direction ➜ Requirements define expectations ➜ Operational standards guide execution ➜ Service-delivery controls connect requirements to contracted performance ➜ Assurance evaluates whether the arrangements continue to function as intended.

Together, these modules provide a coherent structure for managing security as an ongoing estate responsibility.

An estate-specific framework

SENTRIFRAME provides the underlying framework and standard materials. During implementation, these are adapted to the estate's particular risks, requirements, governance arrangements and operational circumstances.

The resulting estate-specific framework and documentation belong to the estate. The underlying SentriFrame framework and its standard materials remain the intellectual property of Liebenberg & Associates.
