Each SENTRIFRAME module addresses a distinct management responsibility. Together, they connect the estate's security objectives to operational requirements, service delivery and ongoing performance oversight.
01
SentriDirect
Establishes the principles, objectives, responsibilities and governance arrangements that guide the estate's approach to security.
02
SentriPerform
Defines what the estate requires from its security arrangements and establishes how performance is to be measured and evaluated.
03
SentriOperate
Translates requirements into documented procedures and operational standards that support consistent execution.
04
SentriControl
Connects the estate's security requirements to the obligations of its security service provider, establishing a documented basis for managing contractual performance and accountability.
05
SentriAssure
Provides a basis for evaluating whether security arrangements remain appropriate, requirements are being met and identified deficiencies are addressed.
An estate may already have a security policy, established procedures, a service-level agreement and a security contractor. SentriFrame is not based on the assumption that these arrangements must be replaced.
Its purpose is to connect them within a coherent management framework, identify what is missing or misaligned, and establish a structured basis for ongoing management and oversight.
SentriFrame is configured to the circumstances of each estate. It’s developer, Liebenberg & Associates (L&A) assists with the customisation and implementation, with the scope of work and professional fees determined by the estate's size, complexity, existing arrangements and requirements.
The result is an estate-specific security-management framework that can be used, maintained and reviewed as part of the estate's ongoing management.
SENTRIFRAME provides the structure. L&A helps put it into practice.
